FINDING HAPPINESS
SERIES - I
It was 2017, I just had completed my graduation & started looking for the job. That time I had no idea what to do? on which road I should take my career forward? So, I just did what so many of us does in our lives, I started asking for advise. some said go for full time PG program, some said take a part time job and complete your study with that, some said went into accounting field, some said learn coding, few said you are good at art so pursue it. some said start something in freelancing. But., the most common advise I got that time was "You should went for sales and marketing. and then I choose to go with majority.
I started applying for jobs and got call from a well reputed bank for the position of relationship manager. Amazingly my selection was happened & I join the company. as a relationship manager I suppose to deal with so many people, as an introvert it was quite difficult for me. but once decision is taken its taken. day after day was passing. my job and life was doing well that time. but deep inside I was not happy.
During that time I made so many friends & we created lot of memories. they all were very friendly and helpful to me. One day I was on the way to my home & someone behind me yelled my name, I looked back & their was she. her name is aarti. as we talked I come to know that aarti was also working in my company. after that day aarti & I became very good friends we used to spent lot of time together. aarti said she is been working since last 5 year, and she loves to explore life and learn new skills, having new experiences. aarti was inspiring me with her words, her actions, today as I remember her, she is like "sandeep bhaiya form aspirants" for me. Her way of living life is way more different then many of us. it seems like she is always sorted with everything. she never gets pressurize in any of the situation. no matter what happens she is always calm. nd I am loving it.
Aarti was getting married in few days we used go for shopping and we were making preparation for her special day, she said she will left the town after her marriage. and then the day came when it was aarti's last day at work. It was a beautiful raining evening in mumbai. aarti and I were walking on the road as always. that day we didn't talk much. but there was question bothering me that I asked her. "are you really going to leave the town? wherever you are going the life would get different there." she looked at me and she said heena, in life we get comfortable with some situation and that comfort zone is so amazing that we never want to leave that, but remember this will not allow you to explore yourself life is meant to learn new things and start a new beginning because SIKHA HUA KABHI WASTE NAHI JATA ( learning never get wasted).
After speaking out those golden words she just looked deep in my eyes & I got sticked to her eyes.. we didn't share any words then.. it felt like I got answers of all my questions.. we hugged each other for the last time. Next morning, I went to my office and applied for resignation. and there my journey to explore the life begin.
